Steam pressure vs temperature

When you generate steam, you usually boil it off at a constant temperature, determined by the pressure inside the vessel.

When you heat or boil a fluid using steam, you must use a pressure that condenses the steam at a higher temperature than that of the boiling liquid.

In the following graph. the blue line shows the relation between the temperature and pressure of saturated steam.
